Subscription Plans – Best Value for Regular Riders

Our subscription plans are designed for seniors who need frequent rides, offering savings, priority scheduling, and exclusive perks. Even if you don’t use the service every week, the subscription ensures you’re always ready to go when you need a ride.

• Weekly Subscription: $150/week

  • What You Get:

    • 3 round trips per week (up to 25 miles each round trip).

    • Priority scheduling to book your preferred times.

    • 1 hour of free wait time per trip (e.g., at doctor’s appointments).

    • Discounted extra trips and on-demand rides (see below).

    • Discounted errand service (see Errand Service section).

    • 3 round trips at the non-subscriber rate ($35/trip) would cost $105.

    • 1 hour of free wait time on 3 trips saves $75 (at $25/trip, compared to non-subscribers).

    • Total value: $200 (or $220 with errands), for just $150—a savings of up to $70 per week!

Non-Subscriber Rates – Flexible for Occasional Riders

If you don’t need a subscription, you can book trips as needed. These rates are higher than subscriber rates, but you only pay for what you use.

• Per-Trip: $35/round trip (up to 20 miles)

  • What You Get:

    • A round trip to your destination and back (up to 20 miles total).

    • Door-through-door assistance.

    • A consistent driver (me!) for a trusted experience.

  • Additional Fees:

    • No free wait time; $25/hour for any wait time (billed in 15-minute increments, $6.25/15 minutes).

    • $0.50/mile for miles beyond 20 miles.

  • Perfect For: Seniors who need occasional rides and don’t want a subscription.

• On-Demand: $45/round trip (up to 20 miles)

  • What You Get:

    • A round trip with same-day or next-day booking, subject to availability.

    • Door-through-door assistance.

    • A consistent driver.

  • Additional Fees:

    • No free wait time; $25/hour for any wait time ($6.25/15 minutes).

    • $0.50/mile for miles beyond 20 miles.

Need help with errands like grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions? I’ve got you covered. This service is available as an add-on for subscribers or non-subscribers.

• Subscribers:

  • Weekly Add-On: $50/week

    • Includes 2 errands per week (up to 1 hour each, 20 miles total travel).

    • I’ll either complete the errand for you (e.g., pick up groceries based on your list) or accompany you to the errand location and assist (e.g., help carry groceries).

    • 1 hour of free wait time per errand.

  • Additional Errands: $30/errand (1 hour, 20 miles).

  • Savings: $20/week compared to non-subscribers ($70/week).

  • Additional Fees:

    • $20/hour for wait time beyond 1 hour ($5/15 minutes).

    • $0.50/mile for miles beyond 20 miles.

• Non-Subscribers:

  • Weekly Add-On: $70/week

    • Includes 2 errands per week (up to 1 hour each, 20 miles total travel).

    • Same service as above: I’ll complete the errand or accompany you.

Low-Income Rate – Sponsor a Ride Program

We’re committed to helping all seniors in St. Tammany Parish, including those with limited means. Through our Sponsor a Ride program, low-income seniors can access rides at a discounted rate, funded by community donations.

• Rate: $15/round trip (up to 20 miles)

  • What You Get:

    • A round trip with door-through-door assistance.

    • A consistent driver.

  • Availability:

    • This rate is only available if we have enough donations to cover the remaining cost (the difference between $15 and our standard $35 per-trip rate).

    • Contact us to check availability and eligibility.

  • Additional Fees:

    • 1 hour free wait time; $25/hour ($6.25/15 minutes).

    • $0.50/mile for miles beyond 20 miles.

Overage Fees

• Wait Time:

  • Subscribers: 1 hour free per trip or errand, then $20/hour (billed in 15-minute increments, $5/15 minutes).

  • Non-Subscribers: No free wait time for trips, $25/hour ($6.25/15 minutes); 1 hour free for errands, then $25/hour.

  • Example: A 1-hour wait for a non-subscriber trip costs $25; for a subscriber, it’s free.

• Mileage:

  • $0.50/mile for miles beyond the included limits:

    • Subscribers: 25 miles/round trip.

    • Non-Subscribers: 20 miles/round trip.

    • Errands: 20 miles/errand.

  • Example: A subscriber trip of 30 miles incurs a $2.50 fee (5 extra miles at $0.50/mile); a non-subscriber trip of 30 miles incurs a $5 fee (10 extra miles at $0.50/mile).

Booking Process

• Online Booking: Use our website or the Moovs app to book your trip or errand. View my availability on the calendar below and select your preferred time.

• Tech Assistance: Not comfortable with online booking? Call or text me at (985) 202-9281 with your pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, and any special requests. I’ll create the trip for you and send a confirmation link to approve.

• Payment: All bookings are processed through Moovs. Subscriptions are billed upfront via Stripe/PayPal (for subscribers) or Moovs (for non-subscribers). Additional fees (e.g., wait time, mileage overages) are billed post-trip via Moovs.
